ok my little cat lost his fur on one side of his head it looks like a bad rash or something he is bald from that spot and its his skin in that spot is a pink/red color i dont have money right know to take him to the vet but trust me it looks bad and am very worried i at least want to know what is it or whats cuasing it

He May Have The Mange. Wich Is Caused By Fleas And Can Be Deadly. Or He Could Be Allergic To Something Or Paooiably Got Into A Fight With Another Cat And Has A Skin Infection But You really Need To Get Him To The Vet ASAP Some Vets Will Let You Get Service And Hold A Check For A Week Or So In Emergancy Cases. Go to a pet pharmacy and look for something that will help cat hair loss. Or order K9 advantix, it might be fleas. BEST OF LUCK!!!!!

It might be a case of parasites.

Something like boiling parsley sprigs and putting a spoonful in its water for a week.

A have a book on this somewhere.

Maybe you can look online and find herbal formulaes for clearing up the parasites.

Sounds like Ringworm which is not a worm but a fungus. I suggest applying some vaginal yeast infection cream on that spot. The house brand at wal-mart is called miconazole. Also apply it to the back foot that is doing the scratching. You should start to see it *dry up*
