Aveda has an excellent color conditioner called Blue Malva made especially to retain highlights for blond hair but should work for both your highlights. They also have a terrific Blue Malva shampoo which works wonders for hair that tends to be oily. Both can be purchased at any Aveda concept salon. Also, try not to use too much conditioner when you shampoo as that can make oily hair appear greasy. Good luck. you need to wash your hair regularly, no doubt, but most shampoos take dirt out of your hair, right? Well, they also take highlights out too. I use a shampoo called, "Matrix-Biolage, color care shampoo." It moisturizes and protects color treated hair. I use it and I love it!! It has a awsome smell, it smeels like the proffesional hair shampoos. The best part aboput it is that not only does it protect your hair, but it also brightens you rcolor. So, you come out of the shower and your highlights are brither, it is great stuff.

P.S. I recommend and it is not expensive, only $12 at a local drugstore.

P.S.S. Please . . . do NOT fall for the drugstore brand, you waste your money and it doesn't work. Good luck!:)

Cornstarch is made to absorb oil. Especially if you have blonde hair, then it's perfect. I've used it several times.
