Do women find men with receding hairlines/thinning hair unattractive? To what extent? Hypothetically let's say the man is in his early 30s. What should the guy do about it? Shave his head? Hair system? Combover?
How do girls/women feel about guys who are losing their hair?
First, I wouldn't trust the opinion of anyone who claims to speak for all women. Second, speaking only for myself, I find that the man's attitude about his hair loss tells a lot about him. If he stresses over it a lot, then I'd think he is very insecure, and that is an unattractive trait to me. The problem is that many men who are very insecure about their hair loss think it's the actual hair loss and not their attitudes that are unattractive!
Personal recommendation. Do you what you damned well please, regardless of what anyone else says. That confidence will speak much louder than any hairstyle you can have. If you want to shave it, do it. If you want to grow the rest of it long, do it. I'd suggest doing what you want and not to worry about how others tell you "should" look. Good luck.

Just shave it, or get a really close fade. there is something to be said for a bald head. And personally "this may just be me being crazy" I believe you can tell a lot about a man based on how he tends to handle his hair loss.

It's a part of life. Whether he decides to shave his head or try to grow his hair using Rogaine or some other type of hair treatment depends on the guy. If he thinks he'll like the look of a shaved head then I say go for it. But on the other hand if having hair on his head is really important then I'd suggest he try a hair treatment program. If it doesn't matter one way or the other, don't do anything. If a guy has confidence in himself and thinks he's attractive then some women will find him attractive regardless of his hair.

honestly..women don't find it attractive. baldness has long since been associated with infertility or lack of manliness. i personally don't judge based on it. but i am tellin you what society thinks. i would shave it bald with a razor..do not get hair replacements, comb overs, or a toupee. everyone will know and youll look insecure and stupid and get even less women. shave it like you embrace it..keep it clean and noone will know you are goin bald.or go buy rogaine. it works!! but..it is like a diet.youll be on it the rest of your life.
