i was using dove shampoo and conditoner,two weeks my friend suggest me to use head and shoulders cause i was losing a lot of hair. But the problem is still there i have dandruff and a lot of hair fall.my hair have become really scanty please help

See all these shampoos are having strong chemicals which for some does not agree and hair starts falling. Use only baby shampoo and wash your head and once a week after baby shampoo apply selsen shampoo over the head and keep it for 5 minutes and then wash your hair. If you want to apply oil then boil and cool plain coconut oil and apply a very little quantity to avoid dust sticking on the head. Thats all your hair will stop falling.

well head and shoulders are for removing dandruff not a hair loss controll.

i would recomend a brand known as Red and Black, their conditioners and shampoos help quite a lot in hair fall problem.

And i think personally you lack protein, so try increasing your diet on fish, eggs, pulses and legumes.

You should see your family doctor. He'll prescribe some good shampoos that'll help.

Yup, as the earlier poster said, Regaine is good, so is Selsun. You could also try Seborin Anti-Dandruff Shampoo or Seldron. Both were prescribed by my doctor when I had a dandruff problem.

You can probably get these from your local pharmacy.

Hi,

I know an old method that works great when you have problems with your hair. It's simple, natural and inexpensive.

After you have washed your hair, rinse it with vinegar (made from apples or wine) live it for 2-3 seconds and then rinse your hair with lots of water.

The vinegar acts like a hair balm and a hair-treatment at the same time. Your hair will become stronger and shinier, and if you have problems with your hair falling excessively the vinegar will also help.

If your hair is very damaged and it has split ends and no shine, you can use some olive oil, just a little warm, you massage all you hair with it and you put a wet warm towel over your hair and you live it for an hour. After that you wash your hair and rinse it with vinegar and lots of water.

It really works. Believe me or not I started to have biggg problems with my hair after I used Dove!! This really helped me.
